that it's okay to ask for help,
it's okay to admit that you are scared
and feel alone
that you have no idea what you are doing in life,
and that scares you like sh**.
I remember,

that I have friends to turn to
that understand
that may even be going through the same thing,
that can make be feel better
and less alone.
I remember
what it's like
to feel okay,
when the bubble of anxiety bursts,
I can breath again,
laugh again,
remember that things do always have a way
of working themselves out.
